It's semester's end, and finals are looming!

Stressbuster Week, held during the last week of classes, and it's in full swing!  Stressbuster Week gives students a way to relax and do some fun things before the big push of finals week.
This year, Stressbuster Week consisted of programs like building stuffed animals, hot chocolate mornings, chair massages, game show competitions, and life-sized Jenga games!
These activities give students a change to be social and have fun with a variety of people that range from other students to faculty and staff.
Social activities play key roles in the lives of successful students.  They provide students with the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with the people they are surrounded by.  Research has shown that students who actively participate in student organizations and activities are more likely to grow and develop to become successful.  Activities like the programs of Stressbuster Week give students a chance to get involved and enjoy the days leading into the stress of final exams.
Good luck on the home stretch, everyone!
