Of Pins and Needles

MCC's nursing faculty was proud to honor the graduating class of January, 2012, at a Pinning Ceremony held in the college's Morse Federal Building.  The students were congratulated by, among others, MCC President Carole Cowan, Provost Phillip Sisson, and Dean of Health Careers and STEM Kathleen Sweeney.

Student speaker Amy Golas recounted her most memorable experiences in the program, and recognitions were bestowed on several outstanding students from the nursing program.  Each graduate received an MCC Nursing Pin, and joined Assistant Dean for Nursing Katherine Gehly in reciting the Nightingale Pledge to serve with honor.

Congrats to all of them, we know you'll do us proud out there!

Congratulations on the benchmark of receiving your MCC Nursing Pin.

Just a little longer to graduation and then an opportunity to share all of the talent and skills you have developed here at MCC with the waiting world!

Enjoy!
