Holiday Stress

While doing too much during the school term can create stress, the end of the semester crunch combined with holiday demands can add significantly to the stress levels of students, staff and faculty. Teachers have the challenge of managing their own stress levels and those of their students.  The following articles describe common stressors at this time of year and provide strategies for coping with many of the holiday pressures.
