Record snow outside, but lots of activity inside ceramics studio

Professor Yary has been busy for months carving a Bantaey Srei style lintel that will grace the kiln later in Spring. Click on the link to watch him at work

In addition, Yary is producing a body of work for the upcoming art show "Celebrating Cambodian Ceramics - from the Studios of Yary Livan and Lowell Public Schools", March 24 - April 24, 2015, at LTC Gallery, 246 Market St. Lowell, MA

Students of all ages, grammar school to college, all across Lowell, have been producing work for the show.

The curators will select the best examples of student works for the show.

Meanwhile, Lowell Public School teachers are learning traditional Cambodian ornamentation, Kbach, from Professor Yary. The teachers will also display their own creations as well as a selection of their student's work.

Join us to Celebrate Cambodian Ceramics and also meet the artists at the LTC gallery on April 2nd, 5-7 p.m.
