MCC summer ceramics classes filled to capacity

Creating in clay was really popular this summer. All three summer school sessions filled. Here is a small sample of student work.

It was a hot day to fire a kiln, reaching 100 degrees in Lowell, but the wood fire was a success.

Student work mixed with Professor Yary's work in this firing.

The wood fire patina on Yary's lion is from side stoking small pieces of wood directly over the piece.
