As the semester draws to a close and you have given your exams, read all the papers, and submitted all your grades what you will want to do is make your course unavailable for student access. To do this take the following steps -
- Control Panel
- Course Options
- Settings
- Course Availability
- Yes (students see the course) No (students do NOT see the course) >Submit
If you need to leave the course open for students continuing to work that's fine. Just be aware that it may be shut down by some one that is just trying to take care of business and you can open it back up again with this procedure.
